At Comcast, we continue to invest in transforming the customer experience. One example is our ongoing investment in Xfinity Stores, which feature a great team of employees and offer hands-on access (or even tutorials) to all Xfinity products. In fact, there are now 15 Xfinity Stores in the Greater Boston region. You can find an Xfinity Store near you here.
“Xfinity stores are the ultimate showcase for consumers to experience how Xfinity products — including X1, Xfinity Internet, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Mobile — connect and simplify their lives,” said Steve Driscoll, vice president of sales and marketing for Comcast’s Greater Boston Region. “Our goal is to ensure our customers leave knowing a lot more about our superior products and services, and all the benefits and value of being a Comcast customer.”
Each Xfinity Store is designed entirely around the needs of customers and provides an opportunity to explore, learn about and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services. Each location features multiple service counters staffed by Xfinity consultants, interactive iPad product demonstrations, and dedicated areas that showcase available products and apps. It also offers an automated payment kiosk to increase speed of service.
And, we’ve opened six Xfinity Stores this year alone in the following locations:
- Allston: 1316 Commonwealth Avenue
- Brockton: Westgate Mall; 200 Westgate Drive
- Framingham: 150 Worchester Road
- Lowell: 199 Plain Street
- Methuen: 70 Pleasant Valley Street
- Plymouth: 104 Colony Place Road
