Last week, Comcast demonstrated the Comcast Business 1 Gig for small businesses internet service at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce to more than 80 local business owners, community group leaders and local officials as part of the chamber’s annual event.
“One thing I know from representing hundreds of businesses is that technology can help them do their jobs better,” said Mike Skelton, president and CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. “This morning was a great opportunity for members to learn about what cutting edge technology can do for their businesses.”
Why does 1 Gig matter for a small business and what can you do with all that download speed?
-
- Get large files, videos, images, reports, invoices and records more quickly.
- Connect more users in real-time.
- Process multiple credit card transactions faster.
- Run more cloud-based apps, services, and backups — all at the same time.
“The Chamber has been a good partner for a number of years,” said Steve Walsh, vice president of Comcast Business for Comcast’s Greater Boston Region. “Our Business Internet 1 Gig service allows companies to do things better and faster. We’ve always focused on bringing the best products to our clients and putting the latest technology in the hands of business owners so that they can empower their customers.”
Interested chamber members can “test drive” the 1 Gig Business Internet service for the month of December by stopping by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce office at 54 Hanover Street in Manchester, NH.
