She works with her team of sales leaders to ensure that we’re connecting our local business customers with the best product and solution set to meet their needs. Within Comcast, Rachel is passionate about leading and mentoring high-potential employees and is especially focused on helping her female teammates succeed.

Rachel is a multi-faceted, curious person who invests in her growth and development in many ways. Outside of work, she is a ukulele player and an improv comic. Rachel said her comedic turn isn’t just about fun and games: Improv helps her listen better, think on her feet, and more effectively and creatively relate to people.
