We sat down with Tyrone B., Technical Operations Supervisor in Comcast’s Greater Boston Region, to hear more about what he does at Comcast and how he makes an impact on our employees and our customers. Tyrone’s primary job is to support and lead our Tech Ops teammates whom you welcome into your homes so they can connect you to our services, troubleshoot and ensure you know the functionality and value of our unbeatable internet and our entire product suite.
Tyrone is passionate about bringing out the best in his Boston-area teammates by rolling up his sleeves alongside them to provide great employee support and guidance and also a great customer experience. At home, Tyrone is a dad, huge football fan and active streamer (and he’s not alone by any means based on our recent WiFi Report).
