Comcast has named David “Mo” Charafeddine Senior Director of Business Development for the company’s Greater Boston Region, which serves more than 300 communities across eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.
In this role, Charafeddine will cultivate relationships with property owners and provide strategic oversight to help connect apartment and condo buildings to the Comcast network.
With the rollout of advanced services tailor-made for large properties such as WiFi Ready, which ensures WiFi connectivity for residents at the outset of new builds, Charafeddine and his team will assure customers are getting best-in-class products and services to suit their needs and an excellent customer experience.

Charafeddine has held a variety of roles over the course of his 15-plus-year career with Comcast, most recently serving as Director of Technical Operations in the Greater Boston Region, where he was responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer care in all aspects of Technical Operations activities including installation, service and materials management.

Charafeddine graduated from Beirut Baptist College in Lebanon and began his career with Comcast in Houston in 2006 in Technical Operations. He is passionate about mentoring and helping teammates achieve their goals. “One of the best pieces of advice I ever received was to see people grow and watch them reach their full potential,’’ he said. “That’s why I became a leader in this organization: To pay it forward.”
Charafeddine resides in Beverly, MA with his family and is based out of the region’s headquarters in Chelmsford, MA.
