Comcast has named Mary Maldonado Vice President of Human Resources for the company’s Greater Boston Region, which encompasses 300 communities in eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the Islands, New Hampshire and Maine.
In this role, Maldonado will oversee the region’s human resource functions including talent management, employee relations and employee engagement.
With 25 years of HR experience, Maldonado has held multiple leadership roles in a variety of industries. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Charter, where she oversaw the company’s talent management, employee relations, leadership development and change management for its sales division. In addition, Maldonado has worked in higher education, research, government and philanthropic institutions supporting previous employers with her expertise in benefits, compensation, compliance, staffing, retention, training, payroll and recruiting.

Maldonado holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College and an Executive Master’s degree in Labor Relations from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
