Ben’s team of local network technicians is dedicated to keeping consumers and businesses connected from Bourne to P-town and everywhere in between. Whatever the weather brings – from hot, sunny days to snowy nor’easters – our network is ready, backed by strategic investment, continuous innovation and the diligent, ongoing work of network technicians like Ben. “My team and I are equipped with smart devices and apps, so that we receive alerts for the slightest inconsistency in our local network performance,’’ says Ben. “Often, we’re able to correct it before a customer notices an issue.’’ Plus, our unwavering focus on network reliability and investment enables us to provide the same level of advanced services – such as 1.2 Gbps Internet service – in each Cape Cod community as we do in larger markets like Boston.
Sam is part of a growing team of passionate and talented Xfinity Store representatives in five convenient locations on the Cape, including our latest store at the Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis. Our other locations are in Falmouth, Orleans, Provincetown and South Yarmouth. “We know that relaxing on Cape Cod also means streaming on your devices,” says Sam. “Whether you’re on the beach or on the go.’’ Our retail teammates are eager to help you better understand our products and services, including Xfinity Mobile, and what best suits your needs.
As a Cape resident and regional leader for Comcast Business, Barry is focused on the customer experience, especially with businesses of all sizes from large medical facilities to small mom and pop T-shirt shops.
